You’ll learn how to use an electric file (e-file) to safely and efficiently treat hard, dry, or callused skin. The e-file technique is fast, effective, and comfortable for clients. You’ll also be trained to remove gel polish and refine the natural nail—perfect prep for any polish or gel application.

On top of that, you’ll learn how to deliver a complete pedicure from start to finish—ideal for offering a full-service treatment that gets real results.

This course is fully accredited by ABT, AIT so you’ll be eligible for insurance and ready to work from home or as a mobile therapist.

What career opportunities will I have?

Certification
Once you’ve successfully completed your online course and submitted your case studies you will receive your certificate within 72 hours. This certificate is accredited either by ABT, AIT or the CPD Accreditation Group, enabling you to gain insurance and begin offering treatments to the public with confidence.

 

Career Opportunities
After completing your course, you’ll be fully equipped to launch your own beauty business—either from home or as a mobile therapist—earning between £25 and £40 per hour.

 

Some salons may also offer employed or self-employed opportunities.  We continually train staff for salon owners

How do I get started on my course?

Once you book your course, you’ll receive a welcome email and gain instant access. 

 

Please go to our website and log into the Online Student Portal. You can then begin studying at your own pace. The portal includes:

 

-Pre-recorded video demonstrations

-Manuals

-Written word test with short questions and answers

 

You can retake the tests instantly as many times as needed until you pass. We also support learners who need additional help. When you’re ready, you can begin practising at home - on friends, family, or a training hand/head, depending on your course. 

 

You’ll then complete 1-3 case studies as part of your assessment.

 

Submit your completed case studies through our portal. Our team will review your work, provide any required feedback, and issue your certificate once you have successfully passed.

Do I need a computer to complete the course?

You do not need a laptop you can easily complete this on a mobile phone or tablet
